Lyndsay Wilson, LPC-MHSP

Lyndsay Wilson is a Nashville, Tennessee-based therapist who is passionate about her work with individual adults (18+) and couples to reduce suffering, improve self-awareness, strengthen relationships, heal from past experiences, and ultimately reach their full potential.  

In individual therapy, Wilson helps clients navigate a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma and post-traumatic stress (PTSD), grief and loss, life transitions, identity and self-esteem issues, spirituality concerns, LGBTQ+ related issues, chronic illness, relationship challenges, ADHD, professional burnout, men’s issues, and women’s issues. 

Lyndsay uses an integrative approach, incorporating elements of a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s unique needs, including but not limited to person-centered therapy, attachment work, somatic interventions, trauma-informed interventions, narrative therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). 

In her couples work, Lyndsay guides couples to address relationship stressors, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection. With patience and understanding for each partner’s experience, she facilitates conflict resolution, helps to establish a deeper understanding of each partner, and empowers her couples clients to build healthier patterns together.  

Wilson earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University. Prior to her graduate program, Lyndsay earned a Bachelor of Science degree in the Psychology of Human Relations from Indiana Wesleyan University. 

When she’s not working with clients, Lyndsay enjoys working out, visiting the nearest local coffee shop, hiking with her dog, listening to live music, and spending time with friends and family.
